Recruitment Procedures
To begin with, the employer and the Cosmos Enterprises should execute an agency agreement between them stating adequately the terms and conditions regarding demand and supply of manpower from India. This agreement should be signed by both the parties towards acceptance of stated terms and conditions upon which the manpower trade will be executed.
Employers Parts for International Recruitment
Demand Letter
The employer will issue a formal demand letter specifying job categories, salary, contract duration, and other worker amenities (e.g., food, medical, transport, etc.).
Letter of Authority
A letter of authority must be addressed to the Consulate General, authorizing Cosmos Enterprises to handle visa matters on behalf of the employer (applicable for Middle-East and Far-East countries).
Agreement of Employment
A standard employment contract is issued between the employer and the employee, outlining terms and conditions.
Consultancy
SELECTION
We prefer selection via oral or practical tests conducted by the employer or their representative. We arrange accommodation, transport, and logistics for the selection process. If entrusted with selection, our team of experts ensures meticulous evaluation under professional supervision.
Medical Checkup
After final selection, candidates are sent for medical checkups at authorized centers of respective embassies.
We apply for visa for selected candidates as authorized by the employer.
Ticketing and Emigration
The employer may provide a PTA (Prepaid Ticket Advice) or remit travel expenses to Cosmos Enterprises. We also obtain emigration clearance from the concerned government department.
Orientation Before Departure
Basic orientation is provided to workers before their departure, including information about duties, responsibilities, work environment, and labor laws of the destination country.
How It Works
Receive a demand letter from the client specifying job requirements and amenities.
Search in our data bank and advertise in newspapers to find suitable candidates.
Screen applications, conduct interviews, and shortlist the best candidates.
Ensure selected candidates undergo medical examinations at authorized centers.
Apply for visas for selected candidates as authorized by the employer.
Complete immigration formalities, provide orientation, and arrange travel for workers.
